Eye Care

Alternative Vision Correction

As laser surgery is an increasingly popular procedure, we at The Eye Galleria have teamed up with Advance VisionCare (AVC) to offer to offer our patients an alternative form of vision correction.

AVC is a specialist eye clinic in London Harley Street offering a comprehensive range of corrective treatment including Laser eye correction.

By working with AVC, we can offer you the convenience of local appointments for your initial assessment, suitability and continuous aftercare whilst the treatment takes place at AVC's specialist clinic in Harley Street.

AVC also offers Implantable Contact Lenses (ICL). ICL is a highly successful alternative to laser correction for individuals who are unsuitable for laser because of a high optical prescription outside the parameters of laser vision correction or, because they a have thin or steep cornea.

Another procedure carried out by AVC is Conductive Keratoplasty (CK). This is a non-invasive procedure for people over the age of 40 who require reading glasses but have good vision for distance. It uses the controlled release of radio waves to gently reshape the cornea.

Other procedures available at AVC are Clear Lens Extraction and Cataract Surgery. Clear Lens Extraction is suitable for patients who are unsuitable for laser correction and are aged 45 and over.
